Greylisting - rejection more than once

Some email server setups use a clustered round-robin setup so that the emails end up coming from multiple different servers and thus, IP addresses. Can you verify?

This is one of the issues with greylisting, often you'll have to treat certain subnets as a single host. Don't know how to work around this with v6 besides turning off greylisting, though.

No, the second email comes always from the same IP adress. It concerns so many sender, that it would be a big accident, that they all send from multiple servers. Some sender are so small that we know they have only one server.

Its not the second delivery that it will be accepted!
The time it will been delivered is +/- 20 - 30 minutes. Once delivered... the next time is then quick! its written in a Database (astaro)

Use Greylisting: Typically, a mail-server, using Greylisting, will
record the following three pieces of information for all incoming
mail, which is also known as Triplet.
• The sender address
• The IP address of the host it is sent from
• The recipient address
This triplet is checked against the SMTP proxy’s internal database;
if the triplet has never been seen before it is created
within the database getting a special time stamp. This triplet
causes the e-mail to be rejected for a period of time of five
minutes. This action is called Greylisting. After that period of time
the triplet is known and the mail will be accepted when it is sent
again.
Greylisting uses the fact that most senders of Spam Mails use software,
working according to the Fire-and-Forget method: Attempt to
deliver the mail and if it doesn’t work, forget it! This means that
senders of spam mail do not try to send mails again when there is a
Temporary Failures, in contrast to RFC-conforming mails-servers.
If the time stamp is older than five minutes, the e-mail will
immediately be delivered and the time stamp will be updated
with the current time minus five minutes.

Perhaps the most significant disadvantage of greylisting is the fact that, like all spam mitigation techniques, it destroys the near-instantaneous nature of email people have come to expect, and throws email back to the early days when it was slow and unreliable. A customer of a greylisting ISP can not always rely on getting every email in a small amount of time. Thus email loses its function as easy and effortless vehicle to transfer electronic information instantenously.
Examples
Some MTAs, upon encountering the temporary failure message from a greylisting server on the first attempt, will send a warning message back to the original sender of the message. The warning message is not a bounce message, but it is often formatted similarly to and reads like one. This practice often causes the sender to believe that the message has not been delivered, when in fact the message will be delivered successfully at a later time.

When a mail server is greylisted, the duration of time between the initial delay and the re-transmission is variable. Some mail servers use a default of 4 hours, though most will retry sooner. Most open-source MTAs have retry rules set to attempt delivery after around fifteen minutes (Sendmail default is 0, 15, ..., Exim default is 0, 15, ..., Postfix default is 0, 16.6, ..., Qmail default is 0, 6:40, 26:40, ...).

How can I exlude the sender from greylisting? Just like I it understand I can only exclude the receiver. [:S]
