pop3 prefetch still broken

I disabled the secureserver.net accounts since the pop3 proxy doesn't like them(in terms of prefetch).  I then enabled it for the other 14 pop3 accounts here.  it's taken two weeks but it has started not downloading mails again...[:(]  I think astaro needs to either rework the prefetcher or get rid of it altogether.

    Does anyone know if Astaro intends to address the various prefetch issues anytime soon?

    I know you are going to say you have done this before, but can please post a section of the pop3 log showing the failed message retrieval and some of the successful messages.

    there are no failures logged.  it simply stops downloading messages completely.  the issues are random in terms of what preceeds it but the result is the same...prefetch stops downloading completely or as of a previous post it started skipping messages.

    even with the interval set, some of my users still complain of not receiving their mails...

    do i need to increase the interval or decrease it ?

    its at default 600 seconds now....

    once prefetch starts screwing up the only way to fix it is to turn it off and leave it off IME>
