spam daemon not running - restarted

Who can help me with this?

SMTP Proxy in use with spamprotection.
No smtp log?
No live log SMTP 0 KB!
Proxy content manager is EMPTY, ALL SPAM in coming through??

V6.311 total updated and rebooted

Mail send/recieve is OK from Exchange 2003

    I have the same Problem on a ASG120 and 2 Software Appl. V6.311. I made a Post already but no Reply. my Spam Patterns are still from Aug. 18. und i cannot update them.

    Mine too,

    The log (and yours) is telling that there are NO Updates to get (Up2Date!)......
    So i think thats not the problem, the spam deamon is not running?

    Yes it looks like my Spamdeamon is running, but i have also no SMTP live log and on other Customers 6.311 Boxes the Spam Patterns are from Sept.9.07.
    my process list:

    SPAM protection "Broken", a lot of spam send to internal users....

    Still getting a e-mail with the text : spam daemon not running - restarted

    Is there anyone ho knows to fix this?
