Enable not allow Mail

sorry mi english are very bad...

i have Release 6.311 and a problem with the smtp proxy.

in the smtp proxy logfile i have many entrys with this text:

*is not allowed to send mail from this address or use this HELO string*

thats okey but 1 of this are my friend an i don't understand, how can enable him? Add the adress in the smtp Spam Sender Whitelist?

    Manual:
    In the Allow Relay from window, select the network or hosts,
    which shall be allowed to send e-mails via the SMTP proxy.

    You have to fill in the address of your friend ho may relay over the firewall!

    no my friend don't send over my smtp mailserver, he send over the providers mailserver. he want send me an normal mail, but the mail come back to him and the message are:

    *

    and teh smtp log from astaro say:

    2007:08:22-20:28:29 (none) exim[6614]: 2007-08-22 20:28:29 H=exsmtp04.agrinet.ch [81.221.254.203] F= rejected RCPT : 81.221.254.203 is not allowed to send mail from this address or use this HELO string
