Can POP3 Proxy Bypass 1 Email address?

I have a dedicated email account that collects automated database backups from all facilities.  A dedicated reporting tool with a POP3 client built in, downloads and processes each database and print a summary report every night from the database from each facility.

It only works 1 out of every 10 times with prefetch turned on.  Is there a way for this dedicated email address to skip the proxy.  It is on a computer with another user's email client that I need to go through the proxy.

Any Suggestions?

    You can use "Pop3 - Advanced - Transparent mode skiplist" or pop3 with ssl on port 995 if the server supports it.

    You can only skip by "host" or "network" .  The computer this program is on is also used everyday by a user with Outlook for his email.  In other words, there are 2 email account accessed though this computer, and I only want to skip one.  Any way to just skip a particular email account?  I believe I can resolve the computer as a network and skip it, but again, then that computer user's everyday email gets skipped also.
