In v.6 when an email was blocked due to an expression, Astaro emailed back the reason and specified which expression. I used that returned message to fix false positives. In v.7, I can see all of the blocked messages in the quarantine but they don't specify which expression set them off anymore. I have emails blocked due to expression but no matching expression can be manually found in the email. I can't find the problem without Astaro saying which expression set it off anymore.
I am using the same method to create expressions as in v.6, with "\" after each word, such as 'Security\ Alert' to put both words in a row. Has this method changed in v.7? Is it taking each word individually now? The help file doesn't specify any changes.
The spam filter has been more trouble too. I went from 100 quarantine emails a day on v.6, to 1000 quarantine emails a day to go through manually on v.7. Some days there are 3000 spams to go through because we have 1000 email accounts, and when jpiercey@yahoo.com starts sending everybody "You've Won International Lottery" spams I now have no way to block that 1 address anymore. I used to put the address into the sender blacklist to cut him off. That blacklist doesn't exist anymore. I have to just let him slowly fill up the quarantine over a 3 hour period and then sift through pages and pages looking for any buried false positives to release.
My hands have been tied right and left with v.7 missing so many features that v.6 had. I don't understand why there was such a license rate hike this year when the new program is only half there.
