A^ s in Daily Spam Report ?

Is anyone else getting letter As with carrots over them throughout their spam reports? I'm attaching pics of some of them. How can I remove them? We're using Groupwise 7 WebAccess for email.

I tried a different mail client system outside of our organization, http://www.mail2web.com and the A^s are still throughout the spam report email.

If you change the display encoding into utf-8 it should look as expected.
