We're gradually phasing in the use of our Astaro 320 (v7.005).
When (what time) are the end-user reports sent? I see numerous references to once a day, but when? With our other filtering product (that we'll be phasing out) we receive 3 digests per day at times we've specified).
Do the recipients of the end-user report need to exist as "users" on the Astaro box before they will receive a report? At this point we're not using user authentication - we have only have 2 users (super admins) defined.
I realize that they'd need to be defined if they were accessing the user portal to release their mail, but what if they only receive the daily digest. TIA, bill
