release spam message

Hi, I have some problem to release the message in quarantine manager.
When I try to release one or more message, nothing change and if I try to make a message preview I receive an error message: error 500 server closed connection, after this message i must relogon on the web admin

ASG 320 V7.004.

Hi, I have upgrade my ASG but the problem is still here [:(] , no release from quarantine manager and if I try to make a preview I receive an internal server error, if I try to download the message the file is empty.
Any suggestion?

Hi Sportiello,

can you check if you are able to preview/release mails that you recived AFTER aplying the v7.005 Patch?
