SMTP email queue

Hi there, good day,

I would like to know how long exactly it need for Astaro V7.002 to actually clear the message queue ?

I am using ASG525 running V7.002. It take on average 3-5 minutes for Astaro to clear the outgoing message queue after receiving it from the mail server (exchange server).
Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes for the mail in the queue to be sent out.

Any idea how it works?

I experienced similar on RECEIVING emails.

They would get accepted and then vanish to na-na land for up to around 30 mins before being delivered.

Version 7.004

Curious to know what's happening.

I got the same problem receiving mails. Sometimes they are fast like 3 minutes minimum but sometimes they can take hours. Dont know where it goes or what its doing. Sometimes you get a persons second email before you receiver there first.

If you examine the full headers of the email once it's delivered, that should reveal where the delay is coming from.
