POP3 errors

I have been having problems with the POP3 proxy.  Below is a small portion of the log.  As you can see, it is having problems with an email that is from the ASG itself.  How can I purge the database.  Prefetch has been turned off for weeks because of missed messages from a known bugged promised already fixed in next up2date.

Also, if I go to quarantine manager, it show 6 emails (SMTP) 'waiting to be delivered.  I have never had the smtp proxy on.  How can I purge or release these messages.  The do not show up in the pop up quarantine manager becase they are not spam, virus or extension.  

Any Ideas?  When is next up2date?

    you will always see traffic in the smtp proxy even if you don't have it enabled, that comes from the ASG itself.

    To recover your missing e-mails and to stop the pop3 proxy there are a couple of steps
    1/. disable the pop3 proxy
    2/. create a packet filter rule to allow pop3 traffic through the firewall
    3/. leave it open for about 3 hours
    4/. delete the pop3 packet filter rule
    5/. enable the pop3 proxy  with prefetch disabled

    Everything should work okay from there. Yes, I have done the above steps and was using the proxy that way. I am currently having another go at prefetch on the basis that a soon to be released v7.003 will have fix. It must be soon, it has been too long since the last update and a number of items require fixing to reduce the number of disgruntled users.
