problem with incoming emails from blackberry

I have a couple of users that want to send mail to us from their blackberries.  Their emails regularly go into spam, even though I've put their addresses into the whitelist.  I'm running version 6.304 on an ASG 120.

    Can I assume that your organization doesn't have a BES server for your Blackberry's?

    What does your box's SMTP log show when they try sending your domain email?

    Does your org. publish an SPF record? If it does and you have "SPF Fail Check" enabled, you would definitely see their mail getting rejected *if* they use your domain as a return address. Additionally, they may be failing if you have "Verify Sender" enabled. Basically, the whitelist has no bearing on any of the tests listed under "Profiles and domain group assignment." It's only once you get past those tools and Spam Assassin starts evaluating the message that your whitelist matters.
