571 SMTP Error

I will appreciate a lot help for this knd of error :

2007:03:29-11:58:32 (none) exim[22239]: 2007-03-29 11:58:32 H=smtp1.fakehost.fr (arkoonHA.bm-***XX) [217.167.***.***] sender verify fail for : response to "RCPT TO:" from smtp1.fakehost.fr [217.167.***.***] was: 571 You tried to use this host as a relay from 83.206.***.*** to send an e-mail from <> to . This has been logged !!

The ASTARO box is performing SMTP Proxy, with some hosts allow to relay (VPN IPSec, PPTP Users, etc...). SMTP is not Open Relay.

Who is reponsible ??? smtp1.fakehost.fr or Astaro SMTP at 83.206.***.*** ???

    Are you sending the mail directly to the recipient's mail server from your Astaro box? If so, there might be mail servers out there that won't accept your mail. A better solution is to turn on the Smart host feature in the SMTP proxy, and enter your ISP's outgoing mail server name in the space provided. Then all your outbound mail will be spooled via your ISP, making it more likely that the recipient's mail server will accept the mail.
