I am running 6.304 with:

list.dsbl.org

Deny RCPT Hacks
SPF fail check 
Verify recipient

Block several File Extension

Spam threshold 3-6- Quarantine

Over 6- Blackhole

Recently I have several users getting lots of spam.  I understand its impossible to block all spam, but these all look similiar.  They use regular text with a URL here and there.  Other messages use Images and some text too.

I have some users who get 20 a day.

Anyone have advice on how i can improve my spam filter?

    You could try "Grey listing" ON, the only thing is that if it works for you the mail will be delivered at Max.15 - 30 minutes later than Normal!

    The amount of time before the remote mail server retries when greylisting on can vary greatly from 10 minutes to never depending on a number of factors such as whether or not the remote server will attempt delivery from the same IP address or how broken the remote server is.

    However once a greylisted email is accepted subsequent emails are delivered immediately.

    If you can live with the occasional delay and non-delivered email incurred from greylisting, it works very well to reduce the amount of spam.
