How to get the mails in Queue?

I tested to transfer my ASG 7.002 to a machine with poor performance
It worked for a while with about 50% load on the cpu so I let it work for about 12 hours in real live.
Then I noticed that no mails where delivered anymore and changed back to a VM on my VM-Host.

Now I am afraid that there are some mails still on the old machine.
Is there any way to get these mails out from the queue?
Can I find and copy the files on the harddisk or is there another solution?

By the way: Is there any way to have a look at the queues of a running ASG?

    I "found" the mails in /var/storage/chroot-cffd/var/chroot-smtp/spool/input
    Each mail splitted in a header-file and a data-file

    Can I just copy them in the same path of another ASG to get processed or are there also some database-records which will be missed for the copied files?
