No, I really hate disclaimers so would never use one unless forced to.

Do you really want to attach something like that to all your emails? Perhaps I should attach that to every single post I make in the forum, too. That will help improve the content of the site and make sure I don't get sued for anything I say. Hah.

Anyway, you really should be asking your lawyer what to put in your disclaimer, since they will be the one that will be defending you.
