[7.001] End user portal gives an unexpected error!

I enabled end user spam report. When I go to https://ipnumber.of.asgbox:3840, I get the following error:

"asgbox has sent an incorrect or unexpected message. Error Code: -12263"

I tested it in FireFox 2.0.0.1 and IE 7. Anyone else got this problem?

    Hi fobe, 

    the End-User portal runs on port tcp/443 per default.

    You tried to access port 3840, which is not the portal server, but the spam release server.
    This one gets accessed if you click on the release/whitelist link inside the 'end-user spam report'. 

    You will always get an error of you do not supply the proper arguments.
