Target address does not send unsigned return paths

We are having problems with some mail just 'disappearing,' with no bounce messages. I have seen this on a couple of occations, and looked through the SMTP logs to find this, both of which are related to the same user within our organization:

First One:

2006:12:04-09:11:47 (none) exim[31369]: 2006-12-04 09:11:47 H=mail1.1indianaschool.k12.in.us [123.123.123.123] F=<> rejected RCPT : The target address does not send unsigned return paths

Second One:

2006:12:04-09:15:21 (none) exim[31463]: 2006-12-04 09:15:21 H=someotherserver.edu [124.124.124.124] F=<> rejected RCPT : The target address does not send unsigned return paths

I did alter some information to protect the not-so-innocent.

I've tried searching the forum for more information, and all I found was limited information on BATV, for Astaro 5.1 or 5.2. We are using ASG 6.303.

Any thoughts?
