Disable Outbound Spam Processing

It appears that spam processing is done on both inbound and outbound messages. Is it possible to disable spam processing when messages com from certain hosts? Currently (and also in V7 beta) it doesn't look like there is a way to do it.

You can disable outbound spam processing on a 6.x box by disabling the "Scan outgoing messages" under the Content filter section of the SMTP proxy. This also disables Virus scanning I believe.

Ah yes, but is there a way to disable spam processing without also disabling virus scanning?
