viewing messages from Proxy content.

How do I view the messages I download as a zip from the Proxy Content? I get 2 files (eg 1Gi0Pa-0001gq-1U-D and 1Gi0Pa-0001gq-1U-H). I can read it in notepad but is all over the place. Can I view these any other way?

    Go to Proxies >> Proxy Content Manager. Under the Type column, you will see the type of message eg. smtp. Click on smtp and the message for that column will be displayed.

    Hi,

    problem when viewing messages like this is that all the selections you make (false positives that need to be forwarded) are being reset. This makes administration of quarantined message almost impossible. You have to force delivery after checking one message every time and refresh the content. Isn't there a more workable tool out there to manage the proxy content ?
