We have a client that we deal with who is having problems receiving our emails, more specifically I think replys to emails. What I think is going on is that their server can't handle the extra information that BATV adds, so denies them.
SMTP Log info (scrubbed):
2006:10:25-14:53:56 (none) exim[7923]: 2006-10-25 14:53:56 1Gcooy-00023l-Ke ** guy@them.com R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM: SIZE=4149: host mail.them.com [10.10.10.10]: 571 sorry, sender address has invalid format (#5.7.1 - chkuser)
To solve this, I would want to add *@them.com to the BATV skip recipients list so that any emails going from us to them will not have the prvs stuff right?
