Using Cobion for Image SPAM filtering ?

Hi,

we are receiving more and more image spam.
Means, mail contains some text strings wihout information and a picture with the SPAM information (Stock, Buy, etc.)

Could'nt Cobion text recognition be used to detect that stuff ??
Barracuda for example announced some new features, ASTARO already has the possibilitys to do that.

    Doubt it, because the performance loss with that kind of OCR software would be huge. 

    Normaly those picture SPAMS are only short burst, instead of a constant threat. Because they are rather expensive (for spam customer and provider) compared to the other SPAM methods.
