Mails never delivery

I have a problem with smtp proxy, an external user have sent a mail, astaro have been stacked and this mail never been delivered ...

I have just it in the log :

I don't know why my astaro says : no immediate delivery

We had a similar problem with our astaro.

All incomming mail bounced ,regardles of where they came from, with some "PERM_ERROR" message.

After some investigations it showed that it was a RBL zone that failed.

We removed njabl.org from our RBL list, and now everything works just fine
