ASG resending email?

I'm having some strange problems.

Suddenly my users started to receive the same email from the outside several times (30 sometimes). After a while trying to determine what was happening, I restarted the ASG (110) and everything went normal.

We're using the antispam and antivirus smtp proxies. I disabled greylisting but, apart of receiving tons of spam, the same behaviour was observed.

Any idea?

Hi what version are you running ?

There was an issue before V6.301.

Please update and reboot. This will fix the problem.

Current version is 6.301. Problem was present with this version, but after rebooting it seems it was corrected.

Do you have any documentation on this issue?

The problem is much improved in 6.301, but we have had one case of this still happening as well.
