This is a strange problem. When someone from the office in Rio tries to release a message with the link from Daily Spam Digest, they get a message explaning the emails has been released. The thing is, they are not.
I have to release them from our HQ in Norway.
This is only in Rio, making me think its a problem on their end. But how can it be?
Since they get the "released" message when clicking the link it cant be their firewall blocking port 3840.
We are running 6.300 ... any ideas?
