Quarantined Mail - why why why

Can someone tell me why I have to keep explaining why the ASG320 which costs thousands cant learn what is and isn't spam when my CEO releases mails every few days from the same people again and again! 

Also why cant you delete mail insteade of releasing it! 

These are basic features on nearly every other antispam software I can find.

and yes I do know I can add to the white lists but that just isnt the point at all!

    Why, because it isn't programmed to, so whitelist it. Secondly change your holding time.

    Have you created a case for support to respond to, rather than just posting here? This forum can only make helpful suugestions and work arounds, it doesn't cut the code or assign the priorities for enhancements/fixes.

    Because of: your CEO clicks delete, and want to click release, now he asks you, please give me back the Mail. Your are not able to and .....

    He need not to release it, he is able to not click release, the mail stays where it is, and is deleted when you want it to be deleted. 10,20,30 Days or whatever your config looks like.
