Hundreds of logfile-messages "demime extension" per Mail!

Hello,

when receiving mails with attachments, I see hundreds of lines per mail with a message, saying:

[...]
demime extension: rar
demime extension: rar
demime extension: rar
demime extension: rar
demime extension: rar
demime extension: rar
[...]

That's way too much! We need to buy bigger harddrives if this behaviour is not changed.

Hi,
same Problem here since Version 6.x.
Don't know where these messages come from.....

I would also like to know how to get rid of those messages. They are useless, my log files are at least twice as big because of this.

Astaro says Up2Date v6.300 fixes this error:

BUGFIX
"ID3718 demime entry spams smtp.log"

By the way: ID3718 is not listed in the list of known issues! Same for 3095, 3302, 3306, 3959 and 3966.
(see http://www.astaro.com/lists/Known_Issues-ASL-V6.txt)

I'm not going to install this Update, yet. It contains some pretty big changes. I'll wait until some of the more "courageous" people have installed v6.300 [;)]
