How does Astaro SMTP proxy use the RBLs?

Does Astaro automaticaly reject mail found in any of the RBLs used, or is a failure added to the overall SPAM score for the email?

    I believe that if the email comes from an IP on an RBL, it is rejected immediately.. at least that's been my experience.
