I was wondering where these lines comes from. Are these lines added by Astaro? It seems that the 'To:' header is also empty and in Astaro this is reflected with a '<>' in the Recipient field in the proxy content manager.
This one is obviously received from outside. That is why it is so strange that these lines in the top are still there in my proxy content manager. Have never seen this before.
