Settings for the Spam Release function

What should the IP/hostname be set to for the spam release function to work for users that recieve the daily digest?

Currently I have it set to the configured MX hostname, but when a user clicks on the release link in the digest email it goes to a page not found. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    If the user is in your internal network, then the ip has to be set to the interal ip of the Firewall.
    If your users are in your internal and/or some other external network, than you need to do a few more things. 
    1. Use a higher port for the spam release then the default port (something higher then 36000)
    2. The IP would be your external Firewall ip
    3. Packetfilter allow the spam release Port from internal network to your external interface.  

    You are always requesting the Firewall, to release a mail (smtp only), that has been quarantined on the Firewall.
