[6.202] Virus Protection Problem: virus, worm or other malware

Hi,

I have some Mails that hang in the Proxy Content Manager
which are detected as virus without any reason.

Hovering over "VP" in the Proxy Content Manager shows "Oversized.zip".

In the Mail you can read:
X-Infected: Oversized.Zip (virus, worm or other malware)

What is the reason for this?

    This means, that the zip-file attached to the e-mail could contain a file with virus, or it could be defined as a Virus in the virus definition database. I have seen it before, that some of the "zip"files really are no zip-files....

    There was a bug in a virus scanner last night. A number of my firewall updates and a phone bill were all tagged as containing a virus of unknown type. About 3am AUS time a new virus scanner must have been released that fixed the problem.
