duplicate emails via gateway

What mail server are you using and on what?  

I'm getting duplicate e-mails also but only from certain sites, which is really strange. I think I had something like 150 emails from ebay.  

I have exchange 2003 with ACE V6.2

I find myself getting duplicate copies of one message from outside servers being sent to me via the astaro firewall. It appears that at some point during the smtp transaction that astaro cuts off the session right towards the end of the DATA portion of sending the email. The email comes through just fine, but the sending server thinks that the transaction didn't finish and keeps attempting to send the email over and over until it either times out or goes through.

This of course can be quite annoying.

Anyone have any thoughts as to why this might be happening and if there is any way to resolve the matter? Should I be looking at a certain setting, is there a timeout variable somewhere in Astaro that I can set(didn't see one in webadmin) in the system itself.

Here is a log of a message I was able to track down because it was coming from one of my own servers elsewhere. The sucess at the end is just because I removed the msg from the queue on the sending server:
