How does Spam Protetion work

We have Astaro V6.104 with SMTP Proxy and Spam Protection. The Spam Protection is blocking same Mail from our Customer. I tried to find out, how Spam Protection is working exactly, but I can´t find any Documentation for that item. How do the mail get there scores? How is the mechanism? What are the criteria for the scores? I locked in the SMTP Proxy Log, but the only thing I see is, the mail got Spam Score 5.8. Is there a Log, where I can see more?

    Hi!

    Take a look in the contentfilter log. There you can find the scoring for the mail. 
    *note*
    It is mixed with the other scanning feature like http AV and surf pro. So you will have to scroll through a lot of text.

    You can also find the scoring in the header of the email if you ether quarantine it or pass it trough.
