All, I have the Astaro 220 configured in Transparent mode for both the HTTP/SMTP Proxies. When our end users receive the daily spam digest, they cannot release a link. We get an error that says "the connection was refused when attempting to contact mail.cannonfinancial.com:3840" The astaro people are telling me its a DNS issue, but i don't know what to change. We have a main firewall (10.0.20.5) that all the ports are opened on. The traffic comes in through the firewall, hits the astaro (10.0.20.6) and then is passed to the exchange server(10.0.20.26). The main firewall, the astaro, and the exchange server are all set up to use (10.0.20.20) as their primary DNS server/forwarder. Any ideas? Thanks
