I've got big problems with my SMTP-Proxy.
My CFG:
- I've got ASL 6.104 incl. email security licence
- std. external IP is .82
- additional IP on external interface is .83 (Mail MX)
- Internal network is 192.168.1.0 (1.1 is ASL)
- SMTP-Proxy is running
1st Problem:
I did setup the SMTP-Proxy (not transparent) and did setup the mailserver to use 1.1 as relay host (smtp proxy)
everything works fine. Mails for MX .83 are received (inbound) and forwarded to the internal mailserver. Mails can be send. But the mails will sent out by .82 and not by .83.
I did try policy routes to get it to .83; I did try NAT rules to get it to .83. Nothing works.
Can anybody tell me how i can get it to .83 for outgoing mails?
2nd problem:
I did setup SPAM Protecion and Virus Protection.
Incoming and outgoing mails are scanned for virus. But SPAM-Mails are passing the Proxy.
How can this be?
Need really help..
