We just installed NSM for a client. All is working well except for undeliverable or returned mail when the sender mistypes the recipents address (user@hotmial.com). The messages are being bounced back, but are not being returned to the original sender.
1. How do we set up the SMTP proxy to allow those messages to get back to the original sender?
2. How do we release the ones that the SMTP proxy is "holding" now?
