Proxy content Manager notification time

Hello,

nice new feature the spam releasing ...
But knowing / informing that an email is quarantined should not only emailed to users once a day! Sometimes you wait for an urgent email which is quarantined and the user gets a notification at midnight seems not the best way.

Would be very great to have the possibility to inform the user every time an email was quarantined.

What do you think ?

    If you're going to send a notification each and every time a message is quarantined then you might as well not quarantine at all on the server and have the users create rules based on subject tagging.

    I think that Gregg has a clue here. It would be very bad idea to send a message of every quaranteed message.

    And since the Spam digest only sends info about those messages that were quaranteed because of classified as SPAM, it wouldn't help those that contain illegal text or file. Now that would be a real improvement to include those because the expression filter also scans the attachments.

    However, the digest could be sent more often, for example every 6 hours or so. And this frequency could be then decided by the admin (something like 1-24 hours).

    YES ... you´re completly right!

    That´s what i meant! Would be great if this would be implemented in one of the next up2dates.
