Easy, tuen on the POP3 proxy. Remove POP3 from the filter list that you are using. I assume you have a NAT in place for general access. Make sure you put your local interface in the allowed networks.
In "outlook" increase the timeout limit to something like 6 minutes. Works well, I am looking at disabling the Norton anti-virus on my PC. Then you are done.
