How can i make a POP3 Proxy on my outlook, i want to use outlook as my email editor on my website hope you can help me guys....

    Easy, tuen on the POP3 proxy. Remove POP3 from the filter list that you are using. I assume you have a NAT in place for general access.
    Make sure you put your local interface in the allowed networks.

    In "outlook" increase the timeout limit to something like 6 minutes.
    Works well, I am looking at disabling the Norton anti-virus on my PC.
    Then you are done.
