Even if My Astaro has Antivirus enabled and updated, my internal smtp gateway reveal some W32.Erkez.B@mm virus; Is my Astaro Gateway sleeping ? I've read that in the past other people got same problem but actually I've no solution to the problem.

That's why it's better to not rely on a single tool for things like virus scanning (no matter how good). Even the best will sometimes miss something that another product will catch.

This is kind of an old one though - you'd think it would be in everyone's signatures by now (and there is a name listed for Kaspersky).
