automatic cleanup

i have enabled automatic cleanup. mode is cleanup by message count and the max number of messages is 500. i have more than 500 emails in the proxy content manager. refreshed it 3 to 4 times. its still staying above the 500. automatic cleanup is not working i think.

    I do not know how oftent he cleanup process gets checked.  Try making it a daily cleanup it worked fine for me in that mode.
