Problem with SMTP proxy (frozen mails)

Hello,
my customer has configured its ASL 5.200 as SMTP relay for the mail server.
He has a big problem because a lot of messages (not ALL messages, but about 80%) cannot goes out from server.
ASL report the following error message for every blocked message:

Can anyone help me to solve this problem ?

Hi!

You should go to http://www.dnsreport.com and use the [Mail Test]. When you enter the recipients eMail-address, you can check if the dns-settings of the recipients domain are correct. If they aren't (like in this case), then it's not your fault, but an error in the dns-settings of that domain. Therefore, it's currently impossible to send eMails to "ANYBODY@icrcosmetics.com". "icrcosmetics.com" should talk with their ISP.
