I have asked this before, and gotten an answer, but I feel compelled to ask again in the hope that the answer has changed.
When using the POP3 expression filter to keep out messages that contain offensive language, what is the logic in sending that person a message that consists of ONLY the offending language?
For instance, I have the word *uck in the expression filter. ( replace * with f ). When the filter blocks the offending message it sends the user a message stating that it blocked a message with that word in the subject where they are sure to see it.
I was told last time that the ASL box has to send the user some sort of message, but my question then and now is why do you have to include the offending word / phrase in the message? I mean, why should I block the message when you are just going to forward them the part I blocked, but leave out the rest of it?
Do I just have some setting wrong?
