no immediate delivery: more than 10 messages .....

Hello,

There are some problems with mail coming in from the outside.
The only thing i see is this message  in SMTP RELAY log:
 no immediate delivery: more than 10 messages received in one connection  

As i understand (if its not then please tell me) this mail still be deliverd after some time but how can i overcome these messages?

We use Astaro 4.025

    That means ASL receive more than 10 messages in one connection. That's not allowed and so ASL stores the email in the queue and delivers them one by one. Normally you should be fine by ignoring these messages.

    isn't this due to the dos protection in the smtp proxy (if enabled)? i'm not really sure whether this option was already implemented in v4.
    like xeno told you before, you can ignore them but if this happens more time a day then you should maybe disable the dos protection so that the mails are sent faster.

    The DOS protection limits the concurrent connections to 20. But that's not related to the error message. The errormessage means that you get more than one message in one connection. So it's only one connection. Not 20.
