Quarantine notification

Is there any way to get an email notification sent to the recipient when a message addressed to him is moved into quarantine?

    hi,

    i too need it that users get notified before 24h about quarantined mails. 
    isn't it possible to modify the timer? so that report mails are sent every hour or so?

    Are you saying that each 24 h a report is sent to each user regarding his spammed emails?
