DCC, Razor2 and SURBL

Do you have to do anything to enable DCC, Razor2 and SURBL on ASL 5.101?

Just enable Spam Protection. SURBL, DCC and Razor are integrated into th Spam Protection. To get more informations about them, have a look to www.astaro.com/kb/.

What should the source on the packet filter rule be to allow the outgoing connections?

Packetfilter not required. Astaro knows it can send / receive SMTP via the proxy when it's activated automatically.
