Our Whitelist within our SMTP Proxy doesn't seem to be working properly. A large majority of messages from domains that we have entered into the Whitelist continue to end up quarantined. Regardless of whether we enter the exact e-mail address from a user of a domain (joe@domain.com) or the entire domain (*@*domain.com) the messages continue to be placed in the quarantine area and have to be removed manually. Is anyone else having this problem?
Also, I did see that there were problems with the Blacklist functionality that were fixed with the latest version, but didn't see any elaboration on that. I was hoping that was possibly the cause of our problems, but installing the latest version didn't fix our issue.
We're running ASL 5.101 currently, and have been using ASL for about 2 years now.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
