Mail From: user@sender.com@10.10.10.1 rejected

In my Astaro 5.1-SMTP-Log i see incoming mail rejected.

2004:12:03-10:00:11 (none) exim[28061]: 2004-12-03 10:00:11 1Ca9IR-0007Ib-LT H=(mail.xxxxx.de) [11.22.33.44] F=<> rejected after DATA: syntax error in 'From:' header when scanning for sender: malformed address: @10.10.10.1 may not follow user@sender.com in "user@sender.com@10.10.10.1"

Is this allowd in the RFCs ?
If not, is there a way to accept such mail when coming from a dedicated sender ?
