SMTP proxy Domain Groups is case sensitive

Yesterday night I upgraded from version 5.027 to version 5.100. Everything looked fine to me, untill this morning.....

My users were complaining that no mail was coming in anymore.... HELP !!! [:S]

After investigation it appeared that the "domain" configuration in the table "Domain Groups" is case sensitive. [:(]
When I changed the domain from BusinessTraining.be to businesstraining.be, the mails starts comming in.  Until then I had a "550 relay not permitted".

    I know, but normally your e-mail client is not. Mails to COMPANY.COM should be sended to company.com as well....

    If you test exim with the command "exim -d -bt SomeOne@CompANY.CoM", you'll see in the output that exim transforms all characters in lower case, so it should be case insensitive...
    The web interface is not (in that specific table only) and the help is not mentioning it.

    Oh yes, I forget to tell in the previous message:
    In the SMTP logging, you'll find the error message "lowest numbered MX record points to local host"
