No Spam scoring

Hello all,
I seem to be missing the Spam options in the smtp proxy.
The "Spam protection" is enabled and parameters are set to "5-warn" and "8-quarantine" but when I look in the headers there is no X-spam-score, and no action taken.
Should there be another step in order to Enable it?

    if you have 5 set to warn and 8 quarantine it should be working.  Did you try and open the log for the smtp proxy if see if it is actually processing the mail?  If so, is it giving it a spam score?  you could also try to change the quarantine to 0 if the proxy is working and send a message and see if it get quarantined
