Spam Sender Blacklist?

The "sender blacklist" list is wihin the Profiles and domain group assignment where you setup all of the other options such as BATV, SPF, Verify RCPT, etc. for your domain.

Unfortunately it does not appear to work.
(Or it is overidden by "allowed networks")

I added sss@micromine.com.au to the blacklist

Then sent a email:

I'm guessing the SMTP authentication overrides the blacklist???

Would be very useful to be able to have the blacklist override everything as we had an internal staff member sending abusive emails to staff and we needed to block him ASAP.  Seems I cannot.  Even a packet filter (GuysPC -> SMTP -> ANY DROP) Does not work.

Since you are using SMTP AUTH just remove his rights to relay in his user definition. He then would not be able to relay through the ASL at all though. This would only be good for an all or nothing solution not just sending to internal accounts. Maybe another option can be used with your internal mail server??

It only stops mail relay from outside, since the internal network is allowed to relay mail.  We all use the same SMTP auth [:(]

An option to totally blacklist a sender, whether their network is allowed or not would be appreciated.
